Reception

Hours from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Check-in

It runs from 4pm until 11pm.
Late check-in, after 11pm, will incur an additional cost of €20.
A credit card number will be requested at check-in. In the event of any damage to the room or if the client leaves without paying any amount due, the Hotel reserves the right to debit the credit card for the amount corresponding to their stay and/or costs inherent to the consumption or damage made.

Check-out

Made by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. When the check-out time is exceeded, the amount for the following night is added to the client's account.

Mini bar

You will find an inventory of the contents of the mini bar in your room. Products consumed will be charged at check-out.

Breakfast

It is served from 8:30am to 10am in the lounge.

Payments

Payment for the stay must be made at the time of booking.

Cancellations

No penalty will be charged if you cancel up to 2 days before your arrival date. Except July, August and September. If the cancellation is made after a previous indication or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. When the booking price is paid in advance, it will not be refunded to the client in the event of withdrawal.

Room capacity

It is forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of the rooms; the number of people occupying each room must be informed at the time of booking and/or check-in.

Children/extra beds

Children under 3 years old - free crib; From the age of 3, a charge of €55.00 per person/per night/per extra bed will apply. The maximum capacity of extra beds/cribs in the room is 1. Any type of extra bed will only be available upon request and availability of the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs shown and must be paid separately at the hotel.

Pets

Animals are not allowed.

Noise

Disturbances and/or noise likely to disturb other guests may not be permitted.

Use of equipment

If you notice any fault with the equipment or any other situation that requires assistance, you should fill in the form in the room for this purpose and inform Reception.

TV remote control

If you wish to use the television, you must request the remote control at reception for a deposit of €10.00, which will be returned at check-out upon delivery of the remote control in good condition.

Internet

Free wireless internet is available in public areas.

Parking

There is free public parking and a garage, subject to availability - €15/car/day. Available Charging station for electric vehicles in our garage (additional cost).

Swimming pool

The pool's opening hours (subject to change depending on swimming lesson times) in the summer are from 8am to 10pm and in the winter from 8am to 8pm. The use of the pool by children must always be supervised by an adult; Never leave your children unattended to avoid accidents; Diving in the pool is strictly forbidden, for safety reasons and also so that other guests are not disturbed; It is compulsory to wear a swimming cap and slippers in the pool area; In order to maintain the quality of the water and preserve the health of all users, before entering the pool always remember to use the shower that is there. If you wish to use bathrobes and towels, they are available at reception for a charge of €20.00.

Sauna/turkish bath

Opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the morning and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the afternoon. The sauna/turkish bath can only be used by guests who do not have any medical contraindications to this effect; if you are unaware of your medical condition in this regard, please refrain from using this equipment in order to avoid possible health complications, which are always undesirable. There is an additional cost, please ask reception.

Gym

Opening hours are from 8am to 8pm (except during group classes).

Use of the above-mentioned equipment available at the hotel is always at the customer's own risk. Hotel Mira Sagres therefore declines all responsibility for any accidents that may occur while using this equipment. Guests must respect and observe all the safety rules listed above and promptly follow any instructions from the service staff.

These rules and recommendations are a complement to all the instructions and indications on the information boards placed next to the equipment, which must be scrupulously complied with.
