General terms and conditions


Opened from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.


From 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Please note that late check-in after 11 p.m. has a surcharge of EUR 20.
During the check-in, the costumer must present a credit card. If there is any damage to the hotel room or if the costumer leaves without paying any due amount, the Hotel is entitled to charge the credit card with the amount corresponding to the stay and/or costs related to products consumed or damages.


At 11 a.m. on the departure day. If the check-out hour is surpassed, the amount of the following night will be charged to the client.

Mini bar

In the room, you will find the inventory of the mini-bar’s content. Consumed items will be charged at check-out.


Served from 8:30 am. to 10 a.m. on the breakfast room.


Accommodation expenses should be paid at the reservation.


If the reservation is canceled up to two days before check-in it will not be charged any penalty, except July, August and September. Otherwise in case of no-show the total of the reservation will be charged. The payments done in advance will be not refundable.

Room capacity

It is strictly forbidden to surpass the maximum capacity of the rooms; the number of people to occupy each room should be established at check-in/reservation.

Children/extra beds

Children under the age of 3 – free cradle; Children from 3 to 12 will be charged per person/night/extra bed the value of 30,00€; Children over 12 will be charged per person/ night/extra bed the value of 50,00€. The maximum capacity of extra beds/cradles in the room is 1. Any sort of extra bed will only be available after it has been requested and according to the hotel’s availability. These supplements will not be charged automatically on the total fees presented and they should be paid for separately at the hotel.


No pets allowed.

Any disturbance and/or noise that can harass other guests will not be tolerated.

Use of equipments

If you detect any anomaly regarding the equipment or any other situation that calls for assistance, you should fill out the existing form on the bedroom and inform the Reception.


The client has wi-fi internet access on public areas and on the bedrooms, according to the prices established.


It has free public parking and a garage subject to availability – €15/car/day. Charging Station for electric vehicles is available in our garage (additional cost).


The opening hours of the swimming pool (subject to changes according to swimming lessons) in the summer period is from 8 am to 10 pm in the winter period is from 8 am to 8 pm. Children’s use of the pool must always be supervised by an adult; Never leave your children alone to avoid accidents; It is strictly forbidden to dive into the pool, for safety reasons and also so that other guests are not disturbed; It is mandatory to use a cap and slippers in the pool area; In order to maintain the quality of the water and preserve the health of all users, before entering the pool do not forget to always use the shower that is there. If you want to use a bathrobe and bath towels, they are available at the reception with a deposit of € 20.00.

Sauna/turkish bath

Opened from 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. (morning) and from 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. (afternoon). The sauna/Turkish bath may only be used by guest that have no clinical condition that prevent such use; if the guest is not aware of that condition, he/she must refrain from using these equipments to prevent potential health complications, which are always undesirable. It has an additional cost, please inquire at reception.


Opened from 8am to 8pm (subject to change, according to class schedule).

The use of these equipments, available at the hotel, will be the full responsibility of the client. Therefore, Hotel Mira Sagres declines any liability from any accidents that may eventually occur during the use of such equipments and the guest should respect and see that every safety rules are fulfilled, while prompting accepting any indications from the staff.

These rules and recommendations act as a complement of the existing instructions and indications on the informative plates placed near the equipments, which should be meticulously fulfilled.
